Shane P. Hardin

CEO & Owner

Shane P. Hardin, CEO and Owner of Midwest Homes Company LLC. Married to Nicole M. Hardin, COO and Co-owner of Midwest Homes Company LLC. Born in Wapello, Iowa; moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 2000. Degree in graphic design from Collins College, Tempe, AZ (1998). Graphic design experience:

  • Midwest Holmes LLC (2015-current)

Started with Midwest Homes LLC part-time in 2014, learning all aspects of the company. Purchased Midwest Holmes LLC in 2025 from Ed and Betty Welte, embracing its honest family values. Hobbies: hunting, fishing, family time.

Nickki Hardin, MS, RT(R)(M)(CIIP)

COO & Co-Owner

Nickki Hardin is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical radiology, hospital operations, consulting, and healthcare IT. With a Master’s in Health Services Management and certifications in radiologic technology and imaging informatics, she has led large teams, driven multimillion-dollar improvement initiatives, and supported strategic growth in both pediatric and acute care environments.
Her expertise includes imaging department leadership, healthcare consulting, IT implementation, Medicaid and payor strategy, performance improvement, and sales enablement. Nickki has worked with top organizations like Optum, Huron Consulting, and Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Omaha, delivering measurable results through innovative leadership and cross-functional collaboration. She will transfer this operational knowledge and passion for helping others over to Midwest Homes Company, LLC. as the co-owner and COO.

Hobbies: Knitting, Baking, crime shows, and spending time with family.

Mike Jorgensen

VP of Operations

Born in Canton, Ohio and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Earned a BS degree in Marketing and Business from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Worked in the banking and mortgage industry from 1998 to 2020:

Started working with Midwest Homes LLC part-time in 2010, supporting the sales staff and working with insurance companies on storm-related claims. Applied experience in lending to assist homeowners in navigating the claims process and meeting mortgage requirements. Went full-time with Midwest Homes LLC in 2020, currently serving as VP of Operations. Hobbies include golf, fitness training, and spending time with family.

Mike Acord

Project Manager

Originally from Wichita Kansas and grew up in Topeka Kansas. Moved to Omaha in 2012. Degree in Sports Medicine—Washburn University—1999. Worked in sports performance and rehab from 1999-2009. Started moonlighting in construction in 2006. Interior Remodeling from 2006-2013. Started in roofing in Omaha in 2013. Heartland Construction –Omaha—2013-2016—Project Manager–Residential roofing, siding, gutters, windows. Meridian Roofing Solutions—Omaha-2016-2020—Branch Manager–Commercial roofing. Midwest Homes—2023-2025—Omaha- Project Manager– Residential and Commercial roofing. Hobbies outside of work: Hunting, Shooting guns, Fishing.

Nick Gentillalli

Sales & Project Manager

Work History: Since 2019, I’ve worked in sales and construction across Nebraska and Iowa, focusing on home renovations.

Why I Got Into Roofing:
I entered the roofing business to help people during stressful times. I wanted to guide homeowners when their homes were damaged, combining my skills in sales and relationship-building to provide real value.

Hobbies:
I stay active through fitness, enjoy time with family and friends, and seek personal and professional growth.
